Canonical: https://bulktruckerhats.com/products/valucap-vc400/

The VC400 is the cheapest mesh-back trucker we will put our name on. Twill front, mesh back, snap closure. Use it when the hat is a handout, not a product.

Blank quoted per job; decoration from $5.00 each at 144

- **Style:** VC400
- **Maker:** Valucap
- **Front:** Twill
- **Back:** Mesh
- **Closure:** Snap

## Decoration options

- Flat embroidery, front panel (standard).
- 3D puff embroidery (quoted per job).
- Laser-engraved leather patch, glued or sewn (+$4–6 per hat, quoted with the job).
- Patch plus embroidery combo.
- Side hit or back arch text as a second design (quoted per design).

## What to expect

It is a budget hat and it looks like one next to a 112. Embroidery sits fine on the front. Leather patches work but we would rather glue a patch on a 6606 for a few dollars more. We will say so on the quote.

## Best uses

- Festival and race giveaways.
- Trade show handouts.
- Fundraisers at a low price point.
