Canonical: https://bulktruckerhats.com/products/richardson-168/

The 168 has a taller, seamless seven-panel front and a mesh back. It gives the most front real estate of any Richardson trucker, which is why outdoor brands and bars that want a big patch or puff logo pick it.

Blank quoted per job; decoration from $5.00 each at 144

## Decoration options

- Flat embroidery, front panel (standard).
- 3D puff embroidery (quoted per job).
- Laser-engraved leather patch, glued or sewn (+$4–6 per hat, quoted with the job).
- Patch plus embroidery combo.
- Side hit or back arch text as a second design (quoted per design).

## Big front, big art

Because there is no seam, a 3.5 in patch or a tall two-line logo sits flat. 3D puff is quoted per job; the 168 is the best Richardson trucker for it.

## Best uses

- Large leather patches (3 to 3.5 in wide).
- 3D puff lettering.
- Retail and streetwear-leaning brands.
